This month’s free webinar from the Michael J Fox Foundation looks at how prepared we are for a “Parkinson’s pandemic”


The latest instalment of The Michael J Fox Foundation’s Third Thursdays webinar series is entitled ‘Parkinson’s Will Double by 2040: Are We Ready?’ and will broadcast on Thursday 15 March at 12:00 EST.

In the hour-long podcast – hosted by broadcaster and person with Parkinson’s Dave Iverson – experts will discuss the increase in Parkinson’s across the globe. With the number of those living with the condition expected to double to 12 million by 2040, the experts will consider strategies to address the “Parkinson’s pandemic”. The discussion will be followed by a question and answer session with the panel.
